The Brain lab aims at developing and bringing AI solutions to clinicians for the diagnosis and monitoring of patients with brain disorders across the lifespan. We develop novel AI methods for the detection and quantification of brain structure, function, and pathology using advanced neuroimaging and clinical data integration. Through analysis of brain MRI and PET imaging modalities, we predict disease progression and long-term cognitive and functional outcomes. This lab is a close collaboration between the qurAI group and the research groups at the Amsterdam Alzheimer Center, Department of Neurology, as well as the Departments of Neonatology in Amsterdam UMC and UMC Utrecht.
