A workshop on Deep learning for cardiac CT analysis was organized on February 5, 2025 at the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT) conference by Ivana Išgum, Dimitrios Karkalousos, Laura Alvarez, Soufiane Ben Haddou, Ioannis Lagogiannis and Sanyog Vyawahare. The workshop was intended for radiologists and cardiologists with an interest in deep learning. In this workshop we introduced basic concepts, recent developments, common pitfalls and unresolved challenges in the application of deep learning in medical image analysis.
