The intensive care units and operating rooms are data-rich environments. The Intensive Care lab aims at developing and bringing AI solutions to support the work of medical personnel in those units. We develop novel AI solutions for the prognosis and prevention of serious adverse events which might occur during surgery or while the patient requires intensive care. Currently, we are building AI-driven decision-making for coagulation and transfusion strategies, serving hospitalized patients that undergo major surgery and have a high risk of bleeding.
