Louis van Harten was featured with a long-form oral presentation for his work on “Untangling the Small Intestine in 3D cine-MRI using Deep Stochastic Tracking”; the video is now publicly available here. Moreover, he was featured in the RSIP Vision magazine.
The work details a method for untangling the small intestine by extracting its centerline, by means of a stochastic tracking algorithm. The algorithm uses multiple non-deterministic tracking agents and automatically detects outliers in the solution space. The full paper can be found here.
