Jin received her BE and ME degree in computer science from Renmin University of China in 2016 and 2019, respectively, where she worked on sequential Recommendation Algorithms with Knowledge Reasoning. Thereafter she did her PhD at the Information Retrieval Lab at the University of Amsterdam, supervised by Prof. dr. Maarten de Rijke, Dr. Herke van Hoof, and Dr. Harrie Oosterhuis. Her PhD thesis entitled “Learning Recommender Systems from Biased User Interactions”. Currently, she is working in the qurAI group as a Postdoc on Trustworthy AI-based Systems for Sustainable Growth, under the guidance of Prof. dr. Clarisa Sánchez.
