Marco obtained a BSc in Artificial Intelligence in 2022 at the University of Groningen, and is now pursuing a MSc in AI at the University of Amsterdam with a
focus in Deep Learning and Computer Vision. His previous experience mostly concerns Reinforcement Learning academic projects and NLP
applications. Since November 2023, Marco is working on his Master’s thesis under the supervision of PhD student Roel van Herten and Prof. dr. Ivana Išgum. His project focuses on post-hoc correction of coronary CT angiography luminance levels using generative models, with an emphasis on volumetric data.
